Hello! Right now our garden is on hiatus as we relocate. We've outgrown our previous home. We're looking for a new partner to help us supply microgreens in the Puget Sound region. If you have 1,000 to 1,500 square feet of indoor space in Seattle or an adjacent community and would like an opportunity to partner with us in lieu of rent (a better deal for you once we're up and running), we invite you to contact us.

Policies & Terms

Order specification

All produce is grown to order. Minimum orders:

Microgreens $50 or ten trays or case of 20 individual boxes (approx. 2 oz).
Leafy green vegetables $100 or 100 units.
Pricing as shown on order form or as agreed.
All orders confirmed before planting.

Prepayment

Down payment of 30 percent is required with your order, non-refundable after planting, and payment of balance in full is required for delivery, unless prior arrangements have been mutually agreed. Prepayment may be refunded if crop fails or is not delivered within three days of projected harvest. We want to work with you!

Delivery

Free pre-scheduled delivery within 25 miles of distribution center for orders over $100. Other deliveries $0.55 per mile after ten miles. Produce must be accepted and paid on delivery; second trip at $0.65 cents per mile round trip, minimum $25.

Miscellaneous

Special orders, mixtures, varieties not listed on our order form may be made available by special arrangement, which may incur greater lead time and additional cost.

Presentation, Pricing and Terms

* Avallability is determined by three business days order processing plus calculated days required to grow.

cut in 5 by 5 inch clamshells, eight per tray equivalent; add $3.50/tray labor and materials.

Wholesale pricing is available starting at quantity three trays per week equivalent for one month minimum. Prepaid Volume Discounts:

Three or more trays per week for four weeks, five percent.
Six or more trays per week for four weeks, ten percent.
Six or more trays per week for eight weeks, fifteen percent.
Six or more trays per week for thirteen weeks, twenty percent.
Discount orders must be prepaid and may not be cancelled.

Policies

ACCOUNTS

You must establish an account before ordering. We offer separate and chain accounts. An account or sub-account is required for each point of delivery. Complete our account setup form before ordering.

DELIVERY

Deliveries are carefully scheduled and announced based on your own requirements. You must either be present to receive delivery or accept full responsibility for loss of product or of quality from ambient conditions. Additional delivery fees may apply if we must return due to your absence.

PAYMENT TERMS

The full balance is due upon delivery to received free delivery. Payment may be made by check or by credit/debit card. Our online card processor is Paypal; you do NOT need a Paypal account to pay us, but it saves time on each subsequent order if you have one, and it also means we do not record your payment information.

You may cancel an order prior to planting for full refund subject to certain restrictions. Upon planting your deposit becomes non-refundable.

DEFINITIONS

"We, us, our" refer to Garden of Eden Urban Farming and/or its affiliates. "You, your" refer to the buyer.
